SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Carlos Closes LLC, doing business publicly as Project Close. By voluntarily opting in through our designated SMS consent mechanism, you agree to receive messages consistent with the choice you make.
Program description
Messages may include responses to program inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, consultation updates, onboarding instructions, coaching-session updates, educational-resource notifications, and customer support. Promotional messages about Project Close programs or services are sent only when the recipient has separately and explicitly consented to marketing texts.
Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent applies only to Carlos Closes LLC / Project Close and is not transferred or sold. Where both informational and promotional choices are offered, each choice is separate and unchecked by default.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help

Eligibility and number changes
You must be the authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes, notify us so the prior number can be removed from the program.
Privacy
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms as program operations or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
